Interior layout
On entering the flat you have the two bedrooms just off the hallway. The master bedroom is en-suite with a shower, toilet and washbasin and has a king sized bed. Opposite the master bedroom is the second room, a double with a single day bed ideal for children. Progressing along the hallway there is a house bathroom with shower over bath, washbasin and toilet, opposite a utility room with washing machine and tumbler drier. Finally you come to the living room leading to a a spacious kitchen.

To access the flat you need to walk down, approximately 15 external steps before you reach the main door into the flat.
Rules
Floor plans
The flat is located close to the city centre and is therefore in the restricted zone for parking. The majority of spaces in the area are residential permit holders. There are some pay and display parking spaces available on Albany Street,, these spaces are restricted Monday to Saturday 08:30-18:30. If you park just around the corner on Barony Street, Broughton Place or the lower end of Broughton Road you are in the Peripheral Controlled Zone, parking restrictions are in place here Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30. Outside of these hours parking is free.
There is also an NCP car park on Holyrood Road and a Q-Park at the Omni Centre which offers 24 hour parking.
You will find that the flat is located in a vibrant part of town which is part of Edinburgh's two UNESCO heritage sites. There is plenty of choice of restaurants, shops, pubs and cafes as well as a multitude of tourist attractions. For our corporate guests, you could not be better located and have easy access to all of Edinburgh's central offices as well as the tram should you need to go further afield.
You are in the hearth of the city centre so there are lots on indoor and outdoor activities. Although not mentioned above the Royal Botanic Gardens are definitely worth paying a visit to.

Very nice flat in a really convenient New Town location. The beds and baths were comfy and well outfitted. The washer and dryer were especially handy, and the kitchen “skylight” is super cool! Would definitely recommend!
