A great city centre mews flat with lots of character, presented to a high level. The flat is perfect for holidays and business trips to Edinburgh (less than 10 minutes’ walk from Princes Street) or international rugby weekends (5 minutes’ walk from the tram giving you direct access to Murrayfield). The mews feels welcoming from the first step through the door. The bedroom greets you straight ahead as you walk in and has one double bedroom and bathroom at ground floor right next door. Up the stairs, a large open plan kitchen and living area form the main part of the flat and are ideal for relaxing, entertaining or resting up after a long day in town! There is also a sofa bed in the living area so the flat can easily accommodate 4 adults. You will find yourselves in the perfect location with easy access to all major attractions and shops. You have plentiful restaurants to hand and public transport is easily reached with the tram stop, Waverley station and the main bus station all being within a 10 minutes’ walk from the mews. The downstairs bedroom contains a double bed. Upstairs in the living room there is a double sofa bed.
As you enter the property on the ground floor you have the bathroom on the left and the bedroom ahead of you. Upstairs leads to a lovely open plan living, kitchen and dining area.
The mews is flat is located on a quiet cobbled street with a car parking space at the rear of the property. There is space for one car, please notify us in advance of your stay if you wish to use the space.
This property is over two floors with approximately 10 stairs to climb
This flat is just 250 yards from the York Place tram stop which has a direct link to the airport. Waverley Station and the main bus station are both within a 10 minute walk. There is no parking on site, however you have the city on your door step so getting around is not an issue as Edinburgh has a fantastic public transport network.
There is one parking space available with the flat which is located around the rear of the property. Please notify us in advance of your stay if you wish to use the space and we will put you in touch with the owner. Sorry, any additional cars will need to be parked on the street or in the NCP/Omni Centre Q Park.
You will find that the flat is located in a vibrant part of town which is part of Edinburgh's two UNESCO heritage sites. There is plenty of choice of restaurants, shops, pubs and cafes as well as a multitude of tourist attractions. For our corporate guests, you could not be better located and have easy access to all of Edinburgh's central offices as well as the tram should you need to go further afield.
You are in the hearth of the city centre so there are lots on indoor and outdoor activities. Although not mentioned above the Royal Botanic Gardens are definitely worth paying a visit to.
