The flat is located close to the city centre and is therefore in the restricted zone for parking. The majority of spaces in the area are residential permit holders. There are some pay and display parking spaces available however they are approximately £2.90 per hour with a limit on the maximum time allowed. Parking restrictions are in place Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30, so long as you park with the Peripheral Controlled Zone, you will see the start of the Central Controlled Zone 3/4's of the way up Broughton Street.

There is also an NCP car park on Holyrood Road and a Q-Park at the Omni Centre which offers 24 hour parking.
