Fettes Row is close to the city centre so you are in a restricted parking zone. There are some pay and display parking spaces available on the surrounding streets and at the end of Fettes Row just before Dundas Street (next to the bins), these spaces are restricted Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30. Outside of these hours, parking is free. If you are wanting to park a car for free during the permit holders / restricted parking times then the best location would be on Ferry Road which is around a 30 minute walk. Alternatively secure parking can be found at both the NCP and Q-park at the Omni Centre (these are around a 20 minute walk).
